Shipping Method
Each product is special ordered to your customization and will ship in 5-7 business days AFTER receiving it at our store from our factory. Products will take 6-10 weeks to be delivered to our store unless specified otherwise. We will email you with the tracking information when your order has been sent. Please remember that we make each product specifically for you and they come newly made directly from our factory, resulting in a longer delivery that we guarantee is worth the wait!

Shipping Policy
We are liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. KayLee & Rose is not responsible for delayed deliveries of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather, technical issues within the shipping company, or COVID-19 delays.
- All orders require a signature upon delivery.
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours only.
- Every order is sent through FedEx with the standard shipping cost of $55.
We are not responsible for international taxes & duties, that is the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an exchange the taxes, duties & shipping fees will not be refunded.
We offer to Expedite Shipping at an additional fee. To request this option, please email us at shopkayleenandrose@gmail.com.

Returns + Exchanges
We do NOT provide refunds, store/online credit ONLY.
Special orders, engraved or embossed, personalized, and made-to-order creations are final sale and will NOT be refunded or exchanged once an order has been placed.
In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged in-store only at KayLee & Rose’s discretion. Shipping costs will NOT be deducted or refunded from any online purchases.
To arrange an exchange or store-credit return, please email customer services at shopkayleeandrose@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please provide your name, order number, and reason for the exchange.
